Horsten Estates Management offers a full Property Management, Maintenance, Letting and Cleaning package's to guarantee that your investment receives the best possible care and attention so you can be assured that your home is secure and in safe hands, and that your guests leave with only the utmost praise for both your home and our services. We pride ourselves on our excellent level of service. We are a small family business, and take great satisfaction in offering 'the personal touch', so often lacking with larger companies. We have a small team of conscientious, trustworthy and dedicated staff whose aim it is to ensure the security and cleanliness of your Spanish home and make sure the comfort of your guests is our top priority.
We can provide a tailored service to suit any individual homeowner, and the services we offer are numerous. We can offer standard packages with a set price, as well as many 'optional extras' but if you do not see exactly what you are looking for, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The Homecare Standard Package includes the following services:
» Monthly inspection visits, minimum of two comprising the following:
- Perform a visual inspection of the exterior, looking for any obvious defects.
- Check all sanitary equipment and plumbing.
- Perform a visual inspection of the interior
- Checking for wear and tear and noting the general state of the decor

Check for pests and vermin and recommend remedial action.

Pictures of meter readings ( electra, water )
- Examine all furniture and furnishings for wear and tear.
- Testing all appliances and electrical equipment are in good working order.
- Make sure all your security services and equipment are fully functional.
Additional Services
We automatically provide all cleaning services based upon your calendar of activity unless notified otherwise in writing. We publish a monthly Inspection report detailing any problems or recommendations regarding your property (complete with photographs where necessary).
